Project Description
An expert review was conducted for QuadMed and their reporting software, which was built on the Tableau reporting platform. Tableau provides analytics and smart dashboards for a variety of businesses, and is useful for analyzing large amounts of information.
The QuadMed dashboard served to help clients understand hospital performance, and was used by medical professionals, healthcare staff, and administrators to view the overall performance of their hospital. Metrics such as patient wait time, patient disease prevention rates, and customer satisfaction are compiled and visualized so that performance over time can be monitored.
An expert review revealed many usability problems that QuadMed was able to fix. Overall usability of the dashboard was significantly improved, as was user satisfaction.
